Payments & Security

Accepted payment methods

• Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available on your device.
• Bank transfer on request (we send our bank details with your order confirmation).

Currency

Prices are shown and charged in Saudi riyals (SAR) or British pounds (GBP), as you choose on the website. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.

How payment works

• Place your order on the website — nothing is charged at this stage unless you are taken to a card payment page.
• We confirm your size and shipping cost with you.
• You pay securely by card through a Stripe payment page or payment link.
• We dispatch your order and send you the invoice and tracking link.

Security

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment provider certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of payment security. Payment pages are encrypted and we never see or store your full card details. Some payments may require extra verification from your bank (3-D Secure).

On your statement

Payments appear on your bank statement under the name of FARAH B’ LTD or Farah Care.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds are made to the original payment method as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not recognise a payment or have a problem, please contact us at info@farahb.uk first — we will resolve it quickly.
